Michael Cogdill is a writer, editor, speaker, mentor, and founder of Heartstrong Media where he works with companies as a media consultant. In addition, he is one of the original influencers. Way before Twitter and TikTok even existed, he served news audiences on Television for 36 years. During that time, he won 32 Emmys, the National Edward R. Murrow Award, the South Carolina Broadcasters Association Star Award, and too many others to name.

Michael shares some of the stories he has accumulated over the years and the wisdom of living a life of humility. He explains that humility doesn't mean debasing yourself, but forgiving yourself, so that you can forgive others. He beckons us to find a way to love ourselves, so that we can love others.
