Welcome to the Streets A&R Podcast for Episode 9. The major question is, "Does life imitate art, or does art imitate life?" Hip-hop culture and business sometimes seem to run synonymously with urban street culture, so we had to ask each other which one is driving what? We spent this conversation discussing what can be done to suppress the activities that are reducing the amount of young brothers and sisters that are still here and free while putting the burden back on those who "know better" and should be doing better. You get the perspective of someone who was just around the streets and someone who was in it. All in all, we care about what's being fed to us and how it plays out.
