Dense fog advisories are blanketing the Lowcountry and coastal Georgia this morning, with visibility dropping below a quarter mile in spots. That gray shroud hangs over Charleston and Beaufort until about 10 A.M., so if you're driving near the coast, keep those headlights on and take it slow.
