Good morning. South Carolina. I'm Aaron Jolly. Step outside this morning and you might feel like you've walked into a cloud bank. Dense fog advisories are blanketing the Lowcountry and coastal Georgia this morning, with visibility dropping below a quarter mile in spots. That gray shroud hangs over Charleston and Beaufort until about 10 A.M., so if you're driving near the coast, keep those headlights on and take it slow. Even inland near I40 degrees, you're dealing with a misty, cautious commute. In But here's twist, this fog is just a temporary curtain for a main act that feels like late May. Once that mist burns off. Here comes a serious temperature surge. The Midlands are the big winners today, with Columbia and Augusta hitting a staggering 83 degrees.
