A mother and son tell their story; he has DMD, she’s founded a charity to tackle some of the big challenges in drug development in their search for a cure for DMD. In 13 years, Duchenne UK has raised more than £27 million and used this money to fund pioneering medical research, create a DMD clinical research network of hospital sites across the country, set up a national programme establishing best practice across all the disciplines involved in DMD clinical care, ...
