Dating at this age f***ing sucks but don't ever forget your worth! Don't let ANYONE treat you like some sort of game or option. Don't lose yourself over some loser that couldn't see how amazing you are.
Welcome to episode one. I really wanted to start where I did on my own healing journey. The first step to leading the best life is learning how to truly love yourself. It's not an easy task, especially if you have had struggles. It takes a lot of mental effort but it was the best thing I ever did for myself. I believe in you as well! Put yourself first!
This is a suuuper short little episode I wanted to test out!! I realize that some people just don’t have the time to sit down and listen to someone talk for 40 minutes. I also know that some people simply don’t want to do that!! So this is a little segment I wanted to try out that I’m going to call “Minutes of Motivation”. I hope this helps one person!!
