The spiritual journey is not for the weak of hearts. There is a deep alchemy that takes place over and over and over again. At some point, we get to a place where we may feel ready to hold space for others to heal.

This is a huge responsibility that should Not be taken lightly. Along our path of healing, we have to be Very mindful about who we are lending our energy to and who we are allowing into our space to assist us on our healing journey.
