Fear is root of all Evil. This is my core belief.

There is a deep dark energy around Fear that, at it's worse, can become all consuming and controlling.

Fear can also be looked at as a great awareness. A great awareness around certain energy that you are - by nature - very tapped into.

In this episode, I explore the various ways in which Fear surfaces for all of us and strategies that can be used to navigate this energy in its highest expression.
