Bishop Mike Royal is General Secretary of Churches Together in England (CTE), an ecumenical body that promotes Christian unity. He is the first Black person and first Pentecostal to serve in the role. He is also a part-time Forensic Mental Health Chaplain with Birmingham & Solihull Mental Health Foundation Trust and was consecrated a Pentecostal Bishop in 2016.

He talks about how he overcame losing both parents to cancer whilst a teacher, his experience of pastoring at a young age, the challenges of working to maintain the unity amongst the 54 denominations that are part of CTE, supporting the persecuted church and much more.
