1 Kings 19:1-19 

​All of us experience the ups and downs of life and will have days when we feel low. Whatever we go through or will go through in the future, know that God is moved by our suffering and will always bring comfort and provision when we entrust our lives to Him. The Power of His Spirit and His Word will surround us, come upon us, and cover us through these times.
