Brian spent 20 years at McKinsey & Company, where he built and led two major enterprises: the Special Situations Investments Group—overseeing complex venture, private equity, and liquidity-focused deals—and the Global Commercial Negotiations Team, which negotiated on behalf of the Firm and trained partners and clients worldwide. After retiring in 2021, he continued advising across the venture and investment space and co-founded dVin LLC.
