Following the departure of Chancellor Kevin Guskiewicz last semester, UNC System President Peter Hans named Lee Roberts as UNC’s Interim Chancellor December 15.

Roberts, a finance executive in Raleigh, previously served on the UNC System Board of Governors and as budget director for Republican former Governor Pat McCrory.

He spoke with Caroline Horne from Carolina Connection, student radio from the Hussman School of Media and Journalism.
