In this episode, we sat down and talked with L (She/They) who is a sexual health educator, survivor, and advocate for survivors.

"L is a sexual health educator, teaching in New York City, and completed a Master’s degree in Sexology. L has a passion for sexual and reproductive health, consent, pleasure, sexual ethics, harm reduction, and relationship skills.

L is motivated to be in this field due to their own experiences of long-term CSA and experiences of abuse in adulthood, including experiencing intimate partner violence. As a child, she had some knowledge about anatomy and physiology, but almost no context or understanding of healthy relationships and pleasure until later in adolescence.
