Right on schedule for late February. Southwest gusts hit 25 miles an hour through midday.. The kind that'll rip a coffee lid right off your cup. They calm down tonight. Skies stay stubborn and cloudy even after the snow clears. Lows dip to 28 degrees inland, 31 degrees along the Bay. Between 9 P.M.
