Gregor the Overlander: The Best Books You've Never Read (Intro)

Hello, I'm Oona, and I've been obsessed with The Underland Chronicles by Suzanne Collins since I was in fifth grade. Ep 1 - Gregor the Overlander Ch. 1-3

Oona and Nate recap and discuss the first three chapters of Gregor the Overlander by Suzanne Collins, in which we meet protagonist Gregor, his family, some cockroaches, and a badass queen girl who is mean. Other topics of discussion include Breaking Bad, Alexandria's Genesis, and Boots Riley.

Ep 2 - Gregor the Overlander Ch. 4-6

Oona and John recap and discuss chapters four through six of Gregor the Overlander, in which we meet several important citizens of Regalia. Other topics of discussion include the Hero’s Journey, Vikus's communication issues, and BabyBjörns.

Ep 3 - Gregor the Overlander Ch. 7-9

Oona and Nathan discuss chapters seven through nine of Gregor the Overlander, in which Gregor attempts to escape the Underland and runs headfirst into some rats. Other topics of discussion include The Hunger Games, acrophobia, and Ratatouille.

Ep 4 - Gregor the Overlander Ch. 10-11

Oona and John review chapters ten and eleven of Gregor the Overlander, in which Gregor reads a prophecy and attends a council meeting. Other topics of discussion include mysterious mentor figures, Percy Jackson, and a guy named Nostra-something.

Ep 5 - Gregor the Overlander Ch. 12-13

Oona and Lily review chapters twelve and thirteen of Gregor the Overlander, in which Gregor embarks on his quest and puts up with some royal brats. Other topics of discussion include Gregor's sarcasm, Regalian politics, and a theme park with a line stretched from here to the surface.

Ep 6 - Gregor the Overlander Ch. 14-16

Oona and John review chapters fourteen, fifteen, and sixteen of Gregor the Overlander, in which Gregor meets some friendly cockroaches and some not-so-friendly spiders. Other topics of discussion include elementary school track stars, Vikus's endless optimism, and bugs that can run fast.

Ep 7 - Gregor the Overlander Ch. 17-18

Oona and Lily discuss chapters seventeen and eighteen of Gregor the Overlander, in which Gregor and the squad escape from the spinners. Other topics of discussion include the spider silk textile industry, how old Mareth is, and the life cycle of the American cockroach.

Ep 8 - Gregor the Overlander Ch. 19-20

Oona and Nate talk about A BIG, BEAUTIFUL RAT as they cover chapters nineteen and twenty of Gregor the Overlander. Other topics of discussion include How to Introduce a Character 101, rat psychedelics, and the origin of the sandwich.
