ReignMakers Forge: Introduction to the ReignMakers Discipleship Ministry.
This episode is your introduction to the ReignMaker's discipleship Ministry. Our vision is life integrated discipleship in all conversations. We are creating this podcast to facilitate the discipleship experience to all who are interested. We are a ministry based in San Antonio, TX. We gather men in outdoor events and EPIC overnight experiences. This podcast is unique. In addition to the 15-20 minutes episodes that will release every 2 weeks, there are 5 short "hammer strike" mini episodes that keeps us thinking about the main podcast. One last thing, there is a workbook that is released with the main episode to provide Biblical support and context for the material presented. These workbook lessons follow the theme of the hammerstrikes. This episodes workbook presents several discipleship tools of ReignMakers so that you have more information about us and why it might be worth your time to give us a listen. This podcast addresses the fundamental human condition: our disconnection from God, ourselves, and others. Through stories, analogies, research, and technology, we explore how to overcome the three systems of corruption—the Devil, the world, and the flesh—that have left us unstable and searching for wholeness. Our Mission We believe that when Adam and Eve ate the apple, humanity lost half of who we are—the Spirit of God. This loss has left us incomplete, unstable, and relying on destructive coping mechanisms. Our mission is to guide listeners toward restabilization with the Spirit of God, transforming them from their corrupted state into empowered Damascus Men and Women. The Damascus Man A Damascus Man is someone who has reattached the Spirit to the image of God within their body and learned to live effectively by combining the spiritual and physical aspects of their being. Core Concepts We Discuss Corruption: How trauma, coping mechanisms, and worldly experiences attach to us and create false stability The Nervous System: Understanding how spiritual disconnection affects our Central Nervous System The ReignMakers High Five: Honor (God's power), Love (men), Impact (unleashing power), Obey (standing fast in battle) The Forge: Our place of controlled intensity where we stabilize, redeem, discipline, optimize, and weaponize individuals for God's kingdom Our Weapons (Tools) The Arrow: Our mission directive (WHY we do what we do) The Sword: Our process for connection (HOW we do things) Shields: Our 16 elements (WHAT we teach) Catapult: Our targeted outreach (WHO we reach) Forge: Our gathering places (WHERE we meet) Join the Movement Visit www.reignmakersforge.com to learn about memberships, events, merchandise, and ministry opportunities. The ReignMakers High Five ✋ The High Five is the heartbeat of everything we do—it's our mission statement, our greeting, our study structure, and our call to action. Our Mission Statement "We obey God and love Man, and are committed to Honor, Forge, and Impact, the way of a disciple." This flows directly from Scripture: "Hear O Israel, the Lord is One. Love the Lord your God with all your Heart (Honor), Soul (Forge), and Strength (Impact). In the same way, love your neighbor as yourself (Love Man)." The Three Pillars 1. HONOR - Connecting with God What can we learn about God, ourselves, and His plan for us? Honor connects us to God and grounds us in His truth 2. FORGE - Connecting with Ourselves What needs to change in us to resemble Jesus and walk as He walks? Forge connects us to ourselves through transformation 3. IMPACT - Connecting with Others What direction do I need to move to bring others into the kingdom? Impact connects us with others through Kingdom work The Hand Slap The High Five is also a physical action—a hand slap and fist bump—that brothers perform for unity, celebration, affirmation, and connection. ReignMakers 5 Foundation Stones: A Biblical Worldview.
Ready to go deeper? This lesson challenges you to actively engage with the five foundational principles that anchor ReignMakers ministry. This isn't passive learning—it's forging time. Your Forging Challenge: As you explore these stones, ask yourself: Which concepts are new to you? What statements resonate most deeply? Would you replace or add any stones? What parts challenge your current thinking? Stone 1: HIGHEST HONOR (Our Cornerstone) God operates in a realm far above ours. As our Creator, He deserves our complete gratitude and devotion. When we elevate the Trinity above ourselves, set our minds on things above, and forge our character on His Word, we begin to reflect His image and take on His honor. This stone anchors our High Five mission directive and systematic theology. Stone 2: SIMPLICITY God designed the world to be simple—corruption made it complicated. Restoration requires reconnecting with God, ourselves, and others by removing corruption: toxic attitudes, behaviors, coping strategies, and choices that separate us from God. Spiritual disciplines are strategic tools that restore us to God's original design. Stone 3: PRIORITY OF THE REALMS We've lost focus on the spiritual realm, filtering Scripture through our physical understanding instead of eternal perspective. This has weakened our churches. ReignMakers establishes the spiritual realm as the foundation for reality, ensuring truth is conveyed in proper order—spiritual first, physical second. Stone 4: CHARACTER Modern congregations have traded character development and abiding in God for activity-based ministry. We slap a "Jesus stamp" on worldly methods to attract crowds, spending more energy on recruitment than transformation. True discipleship is inefficient and requires intensive individual mentoring—something traditional church models struggle to provide. Stone 5: SUBMISSION We avoid hard things. Jesus brought a sword to families, severing physical bonds that impair spiritual connection with Him. Today's churches prioritize keeping doors open through experiences rather than authentic faith. Real transformation requires letting go of the world and walking with others through stabilization. ReignMakers uses submission disciplines—simplicity, silence, confession, and fasting—to sever bondage and reconnect with God, our hearts, and community. Your Impact Challenge: Find a brother and explain your understanding of these stones. Share why you agree or disagree. Growth happens through discussion and teaching others. #SpiritualFoundation #ChristianDiscipleship #CharacterDevelopment #SpiritualDisciplines #AuthenticFaith #KingdomPriorities #ChristianFormation #DiscipleshipJourney #SpiritualGrowth #ReignMakers We expect questions. Temporada 2
Christian Foundations: Trinity - The Imperative of Unity within the Trinity and with Humanity for connection with God's substance.
Welcome to ReignMaker Forge! This foundational episode launches a 5-part series exploring the Trinity from fresh perspectives—unity, simplicity, completeness, communication, and connection. Discover how connection is designed into God's and humanity's DNA. The Anvil Illustration: Imagine the forge's centerpiece—the anvil. This metalworking tool requires proper setup: solid floor, tight bolts, perfect level. Why? If the anvil moves when struck, the hammer's energy scatters instead of reshaping the metal. Our Rock Foundation (Matthew 16:18): Jesus declared: "On this rock I will build my church." Peter isn't the rock—he represents the Church. The foundation rock is the truth Peter confessed: "Jesus is the Messiah, the Son of the living God." God is the rock. What is the Trinity? "Trinity" describes God but isn't technically biblical—the word doesn't appear in Scripture. Here's why: God presents Himself as three persons (Father, Son, Holy Spirit) yet one God. Until Jesus and the Spirit were sent into the world, this trinitarian nature remained mysterious. Even the Jews knew God as "One True God," yet His name appeared in plural form—the divine mystery. Historical Context: During the Enlightenment (mid-1800s-1900s), leaders denied the Trinity doctrine because no single verse "proved" it. Recently, academic theology shifted to embrace concepts over proof-texts, restoring Trinity's prominence—and with it, the importance of the Spiritual Realm and Holy Spirit. Why One God in the Old Testament? In Abraham's era, false gods dominated every culture. Had God announced Himself as three persons, people would've assumed three separate gods. Since demonic gods ruled through arrogance, selfishness, discord, and control, God chose simplicity—emphasizing unity to distinguish Himself as good. God kept His name "holy" (separated from corrupted gods) to reconnect humanity rather than control it. When circumstances aligned, incarnated Jesus would unravel the mystery. Creation Reveals Unity (Genesis 1:1-2, John 1:1-3): God = Designer/Architect/Source Jesus (the Word) = Builder ("through him all things were made") Spirit = Overseer/Project Manager ("hovering over the waters") Like construction subcontractors, all three persons operated with one mind, one heart, one purpose, one source, one timeline. When God rested, it was "all good." Consubstantial Nature: All three persons were present at creation's origin, meaning all were begotten (not made), sharing identical nature—consubstantial. Three persons, one shared eternity = equality and perfect unity. Beyond "Invisible" or "Spirit": Limiting God's substance to "invisible" or "spirit" restricts our understanding of connection. Consider these truths: God walked in the Garden with Adam (Genesis 1-3) Through Jesus, everything is made from His substance (John 1:3) Jesus was born human—capable of a created body (Luke 2:16) Through Jesus, we connect with the Father, engaging both spiritual and physical realms (John 14:6) The Doctrine Affirmed: God deserves highest honor because His nature transcends comprehension. We can confidently build on His honor, resting in unity and connection. The Trinity is in us, through us, and around us. #TrinityFoundation #SpiritualFoundation #GodsNature #Consubstantial #ChristianTheology #ReignMakerForge #BiblicalTruth #UnityInGod #DeepDoctrine #FaithBuilding Join us at www.ReignMakersforge.com website. Peter Connects the "Ends of the Earth" to the Trinity. The Keys to the Kingdom
The Anvil: Building on an Unshakable Foundation Discover why spiritual stability matters and how Jesus established an eternal foundation for His church that cannot be moved. Understanding the Anvil: An anvil's power lies in its stability—the less it moves, the more energy transfers into the work. With a stable anvil, every hammer strike produces consistent, predictable results. You can trust it to perform true every time. Anvil Anatomy: Horn (left side): shapes curves and bends Face: top section for hammer strikes Drop/Table: between face and horn for cutting Pritchell: creates holes Hardie Hole: holds tools The Water Experiment: Ever tried hammering a nail into wood floating on water? The instability makes it impossible. Without a firm foundation, your work goes nowhere. Jesus Builds on Solid Rock (Matthew 16:13-20) When Peter declared, "You are the Messiah, the Son of the living God," Jesus revealed four foundational truths: 1. The Priority of Realms Jesus distinguishes between the spiritual realm (where the Father is) and flesh and blood (physical). He declares the superiority of the spiritual realm and affirms Peter's Spirit-led revelation. Truth comes from above, not human wisdom. 2. Eternal vs. Earthly Kingdom The disciples expected an earthly Messiah-king. Jesus needed time to reshape their understanding—His rule is eternal, not temporal. Even at the Last Supper (John 16:31), they were still grasping the full picture. Understanding takes patience and divine revelation. 3. Keys to Kingdom Expansion Peter received keys to release the Holy Spirit into new regions, expanding the church: Acts 2:38: Spirit released in Jerusalem Acts 8:14: Spirit released in Samaria Acts 10:44: Spirit released to Gentiles (Cornelius in Caesarea) 4. Unshakable Foundation Built on the rock of Christ's identity, the church cannot be overcome. Gates of Hades have no power against God's eternal plan. His message always rings true. Your Forging Challenge: Write out your conversion experience: Did you feel "on fire for God"? Where are you spiritually today? What would help stoke your fire or reconnect you to your foundation? Your Impact Challenge: You've heard it and read it—now study it deeper and teach it to someone else. This lesson is worth remembering and sharing! God's connection to humanity through Promises and Oaths
The Trinity's Witness: God's Unbreakable Oath to Abraham Explore a mind-bending revelation about God's covenant with Abraham and discover how the Trinity itself served as the legal witnesses to establish an eternal, corruption-proof promise. Understanding the Trinity: God presents Himself in Scripture as three persons—Father, Son, and Holy Spirit—yet one God. Until Jesus and the Spirit were sent into the world, this trinitarian nature remained mysterious. Today, we unlock how this understanding transforms our reading of Scripture. God's Legal Precision (Hebrews 6:13-19): When God made His promise to Abraham, He swore by Himself—the highest authority possible. He declared: "I will surely bless you and give you many descendants." Biblical Legal Precedent: When God repeats a statement, it becomes an unchanging promise. In Deuteronomy 31:6 and 31:8, God twice promised Joshua: "I will never leave you or forsake you"—double testimony, unbreakable covenant. The Witness Requirement: Deuteronomy 19:15 establishes that all legal matters require 2-3 witnesses. But here's where it gets fascinating... The Oath Ceremony Mystery (Genesis 15:12, 17-18): During the covenant ceremony, Abraham fell into a deep sleep—the same supernatural sleep Adam experienced during Eve's creation. He was completely unconscious. As darkness fell, a smoking firepot and blazing torch passed between the sacrificial pieces. Abraham couldn't serve as a witness—he was out cold! The Trinity as Witnesses: Here's the revelation: The three persons of the Trinity served as the witnesses, united under one divine substance. This eliminated all corruption in establishing the oath. God witnessed to Himself—Father, Son, and Spirit—fulfilling the 2-3 witness requirement perfectly! A Surgical Covenant? Creative contemplation: Just as God surgically removed Adam's rib during deep sleep, did He surgically implant the covenant substance into Abraham? Did God physically bind the promise by embedding it within Abraham's very being? Was the "seed" implanted at this moment? Your Forging Challenge: Reflect on your spiritual journey: Have you experienced moments of struggling and pleading with God, then suddenly waking up different? Did God implant something new—assurance, understanding, breakthrough? Did He remove something—a deep-rooted sin, destructive desire, or mental block? Could God have physically altered you—rewiring your nervous system or body to empower your path? Write it out: Document every moment God seemed to supernaturally alter you beyond the initial gift of His Spirit. Your Impact Challenge: Reach out to 2-3 brothers who can serve as witnesses for a commitment you'll make to connect more deeply with God, yourself, or others. Suggested Action: Dive deep into the Gospel, then write out your own promise, covenant, or oath regarding your connection with God. #TheTrinity #BiblicalCovenant #AbrahamicPromise #SpiritualTransformation #GodsPlan #DeepTheology #ChristianDiscipleship #CovenantTheology #SpiritualBreakthrough #FaithJourney The workbook is available at w.ww.ReignMakersForge.com
God's Substance is Comprehensive, Beyond Spiritual and Invisible, and Interacts with Every Aspect of His Creation.
God's Substance: The Trinity's Deep Connection to Creation Dive into a profound exploration of how the Trinity's shared substance creates an intimate, unbreakable connection between God and humanity that goes far deeper than intellectual understanding. Scripture Foundation (Tweaked for Trinity Unity): "In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth." (Genesis 1:1) "Through God all things were made; without God nothing was made that has been made." (John 1:3) Why This Language Matters: All three persons of the Trinity were present at creation's origin. John could have simply said "God" but chose "Word" to argue that Jesus IS God—revealing the mystery that God exists as three persons while remaining one unified substance. Unpacking John's Argument: "In the beginning was the Word" - John substantiates God's eternal plan, elevating Scripture's nature by declaring all Scripture was known from creation's origins. The Word was WITH God—establishing that truth itself is embedded in Scripture. "The Word was God" - John fights the heresy that Jesus was merely God's puppet or that God couldn't come to earth due to His purity. John lived with Jesus and absorbed the reality: Jesus wasn't just quoting Scripture—He exuded it. He was the perfect expression of the texts John grew up with. The Substance Connection: Created beings don't possess the Trinity's full nature, but we're given the privilege to connect as His bride. Through the aspect of God's nature consistent with created order, we connect on every level. Jesus' Dual Nature: Jesus' humanity is a small part of His substance, yet being human means He identifies with us totally—our entire nature exists within Him. He experienced life in our substance and felt how our nervous system works. Jesus isolated His humanity from His divinity to perfectly illustrate Spirit-dependent living. His connection with the Father during incarnation became the conduit we "flow" through to reach God. The Revolutionary Truth: Since the Spirit and Father share the same substance with Jesus, they too identify and connect with our created nature. The Trinity is fully aware of everything we think, feel, and need. God Thinks Your Thoughts: God can think your thoughts, feel your pain, and understand your nervous system. The Trinity isn't some distant reality keeping intellectual tabs—God has your nature embedded in part of His nature. He's engaged with what you're experiencing at every level. The Ultimate Comfort: When you go through trials, God goes through them WITH you. He feels in His substance what you feel. He experiences what you experience. That's why Jesus proclaims we can ask any member of the Trinity for help and be assured we'll be heard. It's not just theology—it's truth rooted in shared substance. Your Connection: It's not merely that Jesus became human that allows connection—it's His substance. His life showed us the process and proved it works. Our connection is with the entire Trinity. #TrinityTheology #GodsSubstance #JesusIsGod #SpiritualConnection #DeepTheology #GospelOfJohn #DivineNature #ChristianDoctrine #IntimacyWithGod #BiblicalTruth The workbook lesson can be found at www.ReignMakersForge.com
