In today's podcast we have someone I thought would never come on a Health and Safety podcast…. Who is that? A rugby player with a long and successful career with Saracen’s  He now runs a business called the Saracens way. This caught my eye on LinkedIn because it something I talk about a lot, there is something about the culture at Sarries that attracts the top players, a culture that creates talent. But every time I have watched a player being interviewed about being at Sarries they always talk about how amazing the culture is.
