So grateful to Asha for joining us on the podcast this week and sharing her story and the work she does now to help with mental health in the workplace through Solution Focused Hypnotherapy. It really does highlight the importance of creating an environment where your team feel safe to say they're not OK, and being able to recognise the signals of being stressed in yourself and in others.
