A vacation -- or time off in general -- is good for the head, but only if we do it with the intention to relax and separate from our work. It's harder then you think, right? The idea of not taking our cell phones or laptops with the innocent intention of "just checking in," is not what we do! We check work again and again and we lose sight of what we're supposed to be doing: disconnecting.
