This week, Greg and Ash are joined by filmmaker Peter Stylianou, writer and director of the new UFO/sci-fi horror film THE NICE ONES.

Inspired partly by the strange social psychology Peter observed during lockdown, THE NICE ONES explores what he describes as a kind of “mind virus” — people believing they are acting for the greater good while becoming increasingly incapable of seeing themselves reflected in the people they oppose.

That idea eventually became something much darker:

“Maybe the mind virus is the alien.”
