Faith, Hope, & Prosperity

Dan Davis: Spirit on the Surface
Dan Davis is the founder and CEO of Stiry, a company devoted to telling stories that stir. I find Dan's business compelling and fascinating. Dan's story is filled with trials that have brought him closer to Jesus Christ and God, and also made him dang good at what he does. Follow Dan on Instagram @stirydan to learn more about his story. Trevor Farnes: Conquest & Conversion
Trevor is the CEO and co-founder of MTN OPS, an outdoor supplements brand based in Utah. This episode was really fun to do together. Trevor is a laid back but ultra-passionate guy so it's thrilling just talking to him. Trevor really highlighted the Book of Mormon and the capacity it has to bring Christ's power into our lives. He talks about missionary work and its importance in his life, as he grew up with his parents leading the Washington DC Mission (if I'm remembering that right :). Great episode, sure to give you revelation in your journey as you listen.
Kelly Murie: Sincere Prayer
Kelly Murie is a successful chiropractor in Las Vegas and he is also one of the most calm, spiritual, focused people I've ever met. His spiritual preparation truly comes across in this episode. The comfort with which he speaks of his spiritual experiences and thoughts on prayer amazed me. This is a spiritually heavy episode and I'm sure you'll feel how you can apply the doctrines discussed as you listen.
Colby Bauer: Where Much is Given
Colby Bauer is the co-founder and CEO of Thread Wallets, which is the coolest little accessory you can get right now. He shared some insights in this episode that I really hadn't considered, and he expressed that the questions he answered in this interview were unique (aka there's never-before-heard stories in here :). It was a pleasure getting to know Colby. Hope you enjoy this one. -Austin Music provided by the one and only Ryan Tilby.
Brent Wadas: Service & Purpose
Brent is the CEO of BotBuilt, a company that uses robotics to build homes. He's a convert to the Church with a really interesting story. He's also former Special Forces, and I've never heard someone sound so cool saying "clear a room." I really felt the Spirit hearing his story, and his cadence and speed in speech make him so easy to follow. Brent's intelligence and passion are sure to rub off on you as you listen! Incredible background music by Ryan Tilby.
Vanessa Quigley: God Is Your Partner
Vanessa is the co-founder of Chatbooks, a software company that helps families to record their memories in a much simpler way. She is the type of person that everyone wants to be friends with. Vanessa's humility and giftedness are very apparent, and she's one of the few superwoman mom/wife/entrepreneur/singer/disciples out there. Hope you enjoy. Make sure to follow the show here for future episodes, and follow us on Instagram and Facebook too! :) Background music credit goes to Ryan Tilby.
Jake Loveland: Spiritual Promptings
Jake is the creator of the Tenaciously Human Podcast. After a long career learning the ins and outs of business, he quit his job and left it all behind to run his podcast. He helps leaders find professional success without sacrificing faith and family. I loved meeting with Jake, and he's a great storyteller and guest. You can tell faith and family come first for him. His thoughts in this episode are focused on promptings, following them, and how that leads to increased faith and confidence. Music in this episode comes from Ryan Tilby.
Garr Judd: Be Ambitious, Let God Prevail
Garr is the President of Zemi Wellness and has worked at executive levels for Gold's Gym and The American Red Cross in Utah. He's calm, respectful, and kind. I'd listen to this one over and over just to have his character traits rub off on me a little bit. His two main messages? Be ambitious (in personal and professional life), and let God prevail.
AJ Brau: The Heavens Are Open
AJ is the CEO and founder of the Wander map App, and the story of how it came to pass is pretty interesting. The fact that AJ chose her cover photo to include her daughter should tell you a bit about her. She's a family first kind of entrepreneur, and she'll always be that way. AJ really opened up in this interview and I felt the spirit as she spoke. I hope you will, too. AJ talked about believing in a living, breathing Savior. That's something that has really stuck with me. She also was willing to share that her life is not as easy as it may seem, and sacrifice is required in any job. AJ has always been quite an entrepreneur and I hope you can enjoy her hard working, yet peaceful spirit as she testifies of Christ in this episode. Roger Connors: Put God First
Roger is a co-author on many best-selling books including his most famous, The Oz Principle. But beyond that, he is a disciple of Christ first. Kindhearted and warm and loving, Roger spoke to me about his experiences with school and work, his incredible wife, his battle with cancer, changing directions, and now his recent focus on helping single adults in the church.
