I talk to a guy who does surveillance work for casinos in Las Vegas. We talk about the troubling things to witness watching people and their actions. He talks about his outlook on life, and how pessimism can be turned into a positive driving force. We have a sort of pessimism vs optimism battle, and how to deal with the burdens of existing when we never asked to exist in the first place. Then, how we find meaning, and accept the absurdity of existentialism.
