Welcome back to the show, everyone! Today we talked about a really complex and disturbing case, that of Jeffrey Epstein. Epstein was a wealthy financier who was accused of sexually abusing underage girls for years. We heard from several people involved in the case, including law enforcement officers, lawyers, and most importantly, some of Epstein’s survivors.

One of the most shocking things we learned was how Epstein was able to use his wealth and connections to evade justice for so long. He hired a team of high-powered lawyers who were able to negotiate a plea deal that allowed him to serve just 13 months in jail, even though he was facing multiple charges of sexual assault.
