Throughout this episode, I emphasize the importance of talking about your challenges and taking help when needed. The T in my MENTAL framework stands for "Talk and Take Help." It’s vital to break the cycle of negativity and helplessness by opening up and reaching out for support. Remember, taking help is a sign of strength, not weakness.
