Welcome to the POA’s Desk.
You own property in Dubai but live in London, Mumbai, or Toronto. A buyer is ready, but you can’t be there. Or you’re relocating and need someone to handle tenancy, banks, or government authorities. Maybe you run a UAE business and need a trusted person to sign contracts, process visas, or renew licenses while you’re away.
In all these situations, one document makes it possible: a Power of Attorney (POA).
A POA is a legal document where you — the principal — authorize someone else — the agent — to act on your behalf in specific matters. You’re not giving up ownership or control. You’re simply granting legal authority within clearly defined limits. The agent can only do what the POA allows.
