Have you ever gone on a date and the person asks what music you like and you say EDM, and they say, "So like, techno?" and you're like, well, that's one genre within the EDM umbrella, but there's a lot more to it than just techno. And then you show them other EDM genres besides techno, and they're like, "Isn't that just like...techno?" and so you're like...well...yeah sure, lets just call it all techno.
