In the next 24 hours. Step outside in Southeast Pennsylvania and you'll feel the damp air holding onto 51 degrees. Patchy fog lingers through mid-morning, but keep an eye on the clock. Light rain returns by late afternoon. Tonight, the rain becomes likely as you slip down to 41 degrees.
Over in Western Pennsylvania, you're already sitting pretty at 55 degrees this afternoon under mostly cloudy skies. But the main event arrives overnight. Rain moves in after 9 P.M. and peaks around 5 A.M. With near certainty. Lows hold steady in the lower 50s.
