The Disposition of Optimism & Pessimism
In the very first episode of Our Disposition, Rory and Alex discuss pessimism and optimism and how it affects the way we as humans view our world. What causes a person to develop certain mindsets involving the two? What external factors come into play? What is the ideal mindset? How does one shift their mindset towards the ideal mindset? These are some of the questions we attempt to answer within the episode, adding our own thoughts and personal experience to the ideas.
