BIOG: Baroness Randerson was a Member of the House of Lords having previously been elected as Assembly Member for Cardiff Central in 1999 beating future First Minister Mark Drakeford. During her time on the Welsh Assembly she spent time as the Minister for Culture, Sport and the Welsh Language, Minister for Health and also spent time as acting Deputy First Minister during the Liberal Democrat/Labour Partnership Government from 2000 to 2003.
