Hi folks, welcome to the final episode of the current series of the Podcast and what a way to finish. I'm so thrilled to be joined by Comedian, TV & Radio Presenter, Best Selling Author of the book Mindfull and Meditation Coach, the one and only Mr Dermot Whelan. This was a superb chat on how a comedian became a Meditation teacher. What its like being an anxious young person and how we can all go for the quick fixes e.g the dreaded drink. But its all a journey and in Dermot's case, a fantastic and interesting one to finding Meditation and its benefits. We also chat about his upcoming Live Tour "Busy and Wrecked" and how there's never been a Live show like it before. From Depths of Darkness to Laps of Hope - Jason Byrne

Hey folks, welcome back to the 2nd last episode of the current series of the Pod. I have been wanting to do an episode on addiction for a long time but wanted the person, the timing and the environment to be safe and comfortable. I couldn't have asked for better episode with Jason Byrne. Jason, a young guy from Dublin was a functioning addict. What started as curiosity at just 16 years old, turned into a high dependency for so many years. His story to sobriety is remarkable and inspiring. We talk about how he got better by using the Gym, running and Sea dips (I'm cold just writing that) and how if you want something enough, you have to fight for it and in this case, it was his life. The Real Housewives of Ireland - One for the Bravo Fans

Guys, I'm so excited about this one. Something "taboo" about me, is that I'm obsessed all things Bravo Real Housewives. I blame Covid ok! I needed something to escape the possible apocalypse we thought was coming our way. Anyway after a couple of years feeling like the only person in my world who has this obsession, this beaut of a South African came bouncing into my life a little over a year ago and we instantly bonded over all things Housewives. I have to admit, Natasha is an OG, there since the beginning but I'm here for it. We talk some of our faves from Beverley Hills, Salt Lake City to OC and Dubai. On this week's episode, I'm so thrilled to be joined by Siobhan Mungovan. Siobhan is a 2 Time Author, Host of the Smile Podcast, TedX Speaker and Couch. Siobhan also lives with Spina Bifida and Scoliosis among other medical issues. We sit down for a candid and heartwarming chat about her amazing life. How she's surpassed expectations medically, her zest for life, relationships, what made her write not one but two books and also her advocacy for Scoliosis and Spina Bifida. She talks about how people should learn to see past an outer shell and get to know a person for who they are on the inside and if you are curious, just bloody ask. I really enjoyed this one. Finding Nikki - Navigating a new Life after loss

On the latest episode, I'm delighted to be joined by Nikki Veasey who some of you may know from her selfless work with Mo Chara Animal Rescue. Nikki sits down with me for my first in person interview of the season to discuss her life especially the last number of years which saw her sadly lose her husband Andy to cancer. We talk about her journey to finding herself which included incredible weight loss, cosmetic surgery, which unfortunately led to complications, the discovery of massive tumour and and so much more. One of the key takeways from this for me, is to never judge someone on their coping strategies or by what you perceive from the outside looking in.. There's no "How to" guide on grief, you just, do your best to get through. Nikki really is an inspiring woman with the heart of a lion, the courage and positivity that I definitely draw strength from. On this week's episode, I'm flying solo in between guests. I use this episode as a little time out to fill you in on life lately and reflect on so many changes the last year. A new job, new energy, new outlook, new friendships, new love of working out and adjusting to changes in myself on the inside and outside. I also reflect on my new relationship with anxiety and panic attacks and how they don't get in the driving seat any longer thanks to a lot of hard work in particular, Exposure therapy and wilful tolerance. These have been game changers for me.
