And it's bringing a messy mix with it. Here's the play by play. Western North Dakota, you're first up — light snow this morning with minor accumulation. Central areas, your window is 7 A.M. To 2 P.M. Expect snow and breezy northwest winds around 15 miles an hour. Eastern North Dakota? You're dealing with patchy freezing drizzle and fog through noon, then drizzle picks up between 1 P.M. and 6 P.M. Any ice makes surfaces slick — take it slow if you're driving. Temperature wise, it's a split story. Western areas climb to the mid 30s.
