In this second episode of Non Neurotypical Art Students, I talk with Lorenzo. He is a third years year bachelor students at the Interactive/Media/Design department of the Royal Academy of Arts in The Hague and is diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. We talk how the ‘Logeerhuis’ (Dutch for guest house or respite care for neurodivergent children) can serve as a great example for art academies to make a more neuro inclusive environment, the concept of a ‘digital safe space’, what role dance clubs serve in our society, our critique on social systems and much more.
