New Jersey's Monthly Weather Roundup por Joe Martucci

Notas del episodio

In the 1,558 months since NJ weather records have been kept (the year 1895), October 2024 was the driest month on record. Dave Robinson, the New Jersey State Climatologist says it absolutely crushed the previous highest mark, set in 1963, also in October.

With New Jersey living in historically dry conditions, the whole state is now in drought for the first time since 1895. The bone-dry weather also meant temperatures records, but not due to the warmth at the end of the month. Stay until the end to hear Dr. Robinson's quick thoughts on the winter ahead, too!
