Today’s reading takes us to Psalm 2, where the world rages, the nations rebel, and heaven remains completely unshaken. Psalm 1 shows us the righteous person, but Psalm 2 shows us a rebellious world standing against the Lord and His Anointed. Yet while the earth is in upheaval, God is seated. He is not nervous, threatened, or surprised.
