And this morning brings lingering drizzle with temperatures at 37 degrees. The Capital Region had the trickiest night — a wintry mix of sleet, freezing rain. And snow that's finally tapering off. Winter Weather Advisories stick around until noon, so untreated roads stay slick. Down in the city, it's been all rain. Cloudy skies take you to the mid 40s today. Western New York saw patchy fog this morning, but that's clearing out. Mostly cloudy skies with highs near 50. Tonight brings more clouds and patchy fog statewide. Lows range from the upper 20s in the Capital Region to the low 40s across the city and western areas. Drizzle redevelops after 7 P.M. Saturday kicks off the weekend warmup.  ...
