That steady rain you heard drumming on the roof overnight left behind nearly a third of an inch. Now we're sitting at 48 degrees under stubborn gray skies. But today is actually your dry window. You'll want to use it wisely.
In the next 24 hours. Down in the city, you'll see partly sunny skies with a high near 46 degrees. Just a slight chance of a passing shower before 4 P.M. Head up to the Capital Region and it's a different look entirely — sunny skies, a high near 45 degrees. Western New York also grabs the sunshine with a high near 48 degrees. Central New York sits at 42 under mostly sunny skies.
