This storm is playing favorites. If you're in the city or on Long Island, you're staring down 12 to 16 inches of snow. Long Island could see 15 to 20 inches. Blizzard warnings are up. Snow rolls in around 4 AM Sunday and hammers through the afternoon. Winds gusting to 17 miles an hour will make 34 degrees feel like 23. Sunday night into Monday morning? Travel will be dangerous. Full stop. And here's what's scary for the coast. A Coastal Flood Warning is in effect.
