That's 15 degrees above normal for late February. Feels like somebody left the door to spring open. Southwest winds are gusting to 24 miles an hour, though, so hold onto your hat. Enjoy the warmth while you can. Tonight those winds shift and temperatures crash back toward freezing. Now head east to the Capital Region. You're sitting at 29 degrees. Clouds thicken through the day, and by this afternoon, rain becomes likely. Light southwest breezes keep you just above freezing, but here's the thing.
