Humidity's plunging below 15 percent today, winds are gusting to 45 miles an hour. And Red Flag Warnings are up across eastern New Mexico. One spark. That's all it takes. No outdoor burning today, folks. Now here's where it gets interesting. New Mexico is splitting into three different days. Down south, you're waking up to 36 degrees around 6 A.M., but watch what happens. By 2 P.M., you're soaring to 77 degrees. Winds shift from east-southeast to south around 8 A.M.
