Folks, that nor'easter left us a parting gift. Half an inch of snow and some gusty winds still kicking it around. Blowing snow should quit before 7 AM. Then.. Sunshine. Real, honest sunshine. Enjoy it while you can, because tonight gets brutal.
Southern New Hampshire climbs to 28 degrees around 3 PM. Central towns hit 27 by 2 PM. The White Mountains peak at 27 around 1 PM. Not warm, but with that sun on your face, it almost feels earned.
Now the plot twist. After sunset, temperatures fall off a cliff. By 4 AM, southern and central New Hampshire bottom out near 6 degrees. The White Mountains? Three degrees.
