Eastern Nebraska, you're stuck in winter's grip this morning. Wind chills near zero around 7 A.M., with your low bottoming out right at zero. The cold air is clinging to that lingering snowpack like it's got nowhere else to go. But you'll climb to 25 degrees by 5 P.M. Winds shift from north to east around 9 A.M.
