Pastor Deborah A. Jackson is the Founder and Lead Pastor of 238 Church. She has over four decades of faithful service in ministry and is committed to the apostolic doctrine and biblical standards of holiness.

Born in Birmingham, Alabama, Pastor Jackson began ministering in music at the age of five in her grandfather's church. On March 31, 1981, at the age of 13, she was baptized in the Name of Jesus Christ and received the gift of the Holy Spirit according to Acts of the Apostles 2:38 during a youth service at Emmanuel Temple Church in Bakersfield, California. This foundational experience established her lifelong commitment to apostolic truth and Spirit-filled ministry.
