Sherman and Semise, both deeply rooted in their faith from a young age, endured divorces from their previous marriages. Upon meeting, they sensed a divine connection and married in 2012, only to face another divorce four years later. Guided by their faith, they sought Christian counseling, which helped them reconcile and remarry in 2020.
Now certified relationship coaches, they're integral members of the Rock Marriage Ministry Coaches’ Team at City Heights. They lead couples’ groups, conduct workshops, and contribute to marriage retreats, all guided by their commitment to helping couples embody God's teachings in their relationships.
