For months, I’ve had a simple movement plan that finally feels doable — a mix of weights, bands, and calisthenics that fits my schedule and energy. But there are still things missing: posture work, foot and wrist strength, neck mobility — the small but important things that keep me moving well.
This month, I’m experimenting. Every day for 30 days, I’ll be walking and talking through how to add what’s been missing — testing which pieces fit now, and which ones need to wait for later. And I’m sharing the process in a 30 day podcast challenge, as part of National Podcast Post Month (NaPodPoMo).
