Bestowing a blessing on someone, is a small part of the concept of grace. I say small part because you have to extend the notion much further. Grace is not simply kindness but it’s giving such kindness, such sacrificial charitability, giving it to someone unworthy, someone who has done nothing to earn or merit the ‘reward’, perhaps just the opposite.
