It’s so easy to look at all the negatives in our life, how we haven’t achieved x by a certain age. Or how we’re not smarter, richer, thinner, bla bla bla the list goes on.HOWEVER,

I’m pretty sure there is at least one area in your life that you can congratulate yourself on. Whether it’s spiritually, emotionally, physically, mentally, or financially. Even if it’s just getting through the day, you deserve a frikkin pat on the back.

So this is me acknowledging you. Me acknowledging myself. And me acknowledging the future versions of ourselves that we are going to grow into.
