In this episode, I catch listeners up on where I'm at, including hitting 46,000 followers on Facebook and how much it means to me when people tell me my posts shift their thinking. I talk about a few things that have been lifting my mood lately, including CERN shutting down a machine I believe was contributing to negative energy, and turning 40 after what I describe as a rough year. I go deep into an experience I had with my cats, where I realized I'd been giving my attention to the wrong cat in the household hierarchy, and how switching who I "worship" changed the dynamic in my home, including stopping one of my cats from peeing indoors. I share my views on hierarchy, duality, and gender dynamics on Earth, and then talk at length about why I think the concept of soul retrieval and soul fragmentation is a scam, along with my own experience losing and rebuilding a sense of self after a traumatic event a few years back. I also get into my beliefs about simulation theory, reincarnation, and how imagination and daydreaming connect to manifestation. In this episode, I talk about hitting 24,000 followers on Facebook in just over a week and thank everyone who's found their way here from there. I share an update on the situation with my cats — I don't go into details, but I explain that I finally understand the dynamics at play and feel like a weight has been lifted, even though I'm not ready to talk about specifics yet. I also get into where things stand financially: I lost my job, mentioned in the last episode, and I'm still job hunting, but I picked up some freelance web work for a scuba diving business and made a newsletter for their upcoming Fiji trip. I have a restaurant interview coming up on July 14th, though I won't be sharing where. I got fired on Father's Day after calling my manager a liar. So here we are. In this episode I talk honestly about what happened, why I think the energy at that job was never right for me from day one, and what I believe was really going on with the competition dynamic that developed there. I also share an update on QL5D.com, the Google review tool I built with AI, and how it performed at the restaurant before everything fell apart. I share something personal I've never talked about before — a stroke I believe I had during my addiction years, what it left behind physically, and why I think it happened for a reason. I also get into my thoughts on reincarnation cycles, how beliefs shape what happens to us after we die, why I think having too many options and bypasses actually keeps people off their path, and what I think it means to finally find the thing you're meant to be doing. I also talk about a comment I left on a friend's Facebook post and the conversation that followed, sharing my personal experiences and how I think trauma shapes identity. Finally, I get into one of my favorite topics — the ego — including how I communicate with mine, how I believe it works differently for neurodivergent people, and why I think the "ego and soul becoming one" idea taught in a lot of spiritual circles doesn't resonate with me. Today I share something I've been sitting with after a really interesting experience with two pieces of tourmaline. I talk about how I asked the universe to give them consciousness, what happened when I held them, and how I used them on my cats with results I wasn't expecting. I also get into my belief that consciousness can inhabit anything — stones, water, natural materials — and what that means for how we interact with the world around us. I share some thoughts on a TikTok video I came across that validated something I've been talking about on this podcast for a while, and I have some feelings about that. I give an update on work at the restaurant, share some exciting news about a potential new web development client that came through a connection at my job, and talk through a very real and very specific dilemma I have about meeting him for the first time. In this solo episode, I open up about a one-star Google review left about me by someone who had never actually met me or been served by me at my new job, tracing it back to a disagreement on TikTok over bike lanes in my city. I then reflect on turning 40, describing it as one of the hardest days of my life financially, while also feeling the most mentally free, I've ever been. I get into my thoughts on soul frequencies, the idea that people closest to you will mirror you in unexpected ways, using my dad, myself, and my cat as an example, all three of us sharing issues with our left foot. I also share my theory on how negative people can physically drain and sicken positive, high-frequency individuals, and why I believe this is rarely talked about publicly. Rudy also shares his journey from poker dealer at Harrah's Casino to full-time entertainer, doing magic, balloon art, stilt walking, and explains how he built Lucky Duck Entertainment to cover it all under one roof. We also discuss his coffee brand, Love More Coffee Company, which he sees less as a coffee business and more as a community-building vehicle. Along the way, the conversation touches on weight loss, eating habits, GPS as the greatest invention of all time, the decline of balloon latex quality post-COVID, and the challenges of performing magic on TikTok Live.
