Wayne L. Bond II has been an employee at Western Michigan University since 2011. He joined joined the WMU Career and Student Employment Services Department in 2017 as a Career Development Specialist. He brings experience working with people from all over the world. In his role, Wayne seeks to establish a culture in which the decisions and roles taken on by students at Western Michigan University can be refined to prepare them for their aspirations after graduating from WMU.
