On July 21st John’s guest was Charles Vaught.

Charles is the author of the nonfiction books, Northern Jaeger, and State of Fire, both of which are based on his real-world experiences. Vaught is also the founder and managing editor of Saint Charlie’s Press, an independent publisher based out of Colville, Washington that specializes in publishing up-and-coming talent. Charles has travelled extensively, having spent over four years abroad adventuring and teaching English.

Throughout his life Vaught has gained experience as a commercial fisherman, wildland firefighter, ESL teacher, and non-profit volunteer all of which he uses as fuel for his writing.
