On this week’s episode of lifelong learners Holly talks about how she has been in therapy for 18 years. She has been working with Nancy Parland for 18 years and since she recently retired from CHD, Holly has been coping with her feelings about this change and loss the best she can. She uses her stuffed animals to help her cope with change.
