Cathy Barlow is the managing director of Smith Goodfellow PR, a PR, marketing and creative agency specialised in the Construction, Manufacturing, Built Environment, Industrial and Sustainability sectors.

Since 2015, Cathy has balanced her managing directorship with the role of company secretary at the Engineered Panels in Construction [EPIC], a not-for-profit trade association established to represent the metal-faced PIR-cored insulated panel industry in the UK.
